Payment methods

Credit cards

You can add multiple credit cards to your organization. The following information is displayed for each card:

  • Card brand (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Last four digits
  • Expiry date
  • Cardholder name

Note: evroc does not accept credit cards with a pre-paid funding source, such as VISA or Mastercard gift cards.

Default payment method

Each organization has one default payment method that is charged for billing. You can change which card is the default at any time.

If you have registered multiple credit cards on your account, you can freely choose which one is the default credit card each month.

Removing payment methods

You can remove a payment method at any time, with one restriction: you cannot remove your last remaining payment method. At least one card must remain on your account.

Request to change to invoicing

Payment via credit card is the default payment method for accounts using evroc. For eligible, high-spend accounts, you may request to be invoiced with 30 day settlement terms. Please reach out to your account manager or our support team to explore this option together with us.

Even when invoiced, it is still required that a credit card is saved on the account.
